RENO ACES HISTORY

The Reno Aces baseball field opened in 2009 with a sellout crowd. The stadium has a capacity of 9,534 and is home to other events in the off season. Minor league baseball has been part of Reno since 1947. With affiliations from the Dodgers to the A’s, the Reno Silver Sox came and went until 1992, playing at Moana Stadium. The Reno Aces are now affiliated with the Arizona Diamondbacks. To honor their history, in 2024, they will play a few selected nights as the Reno Silver Sox.
